Woodside Hailey

Time to register for the 26th season of dance classes at Footlight Dance Centre, Hailey & Ketchum studios.  Offering classes for 4 year olds - adults. Creative Movement, Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Jazz, Tap and Hip Hop with new class offerings of Musical Theater Jazz/Tap and Adult Tap 101.  Footlight's professional faculty will bring you the best in dance education that can just be for fun or set you on the track to continue on in college. Students have graduated with dance majors from Cornish School of the Arts, Florida State University and others going on to pursue dance as their professions.  Fall workshops & events  include Choreography, Partnering for Dads and Daughters, carrying signs in the Trailing of the Sheep parade, field trips to see dance outside our community, Holiday Tap/Ballet performance for seniors, and Company members, both Junior and Senior, will work with guest choreographers as they prepare for our annual school educational performance tour Jan. 21-Feb. 6, 2011.

Registration is NOW!  In person registration is Wednesday, Sept. 1,  5-8 pm at the Community Campus Studio, Hailey or Thursday, Sept. 2, 3-5pm at the Nia Studio in Ketchum.  Dancewear is available for purchase: leotards, tights, ballet slippers and jazz pants.
